Ingredients:
- 2 c. egg noodles, cooked
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 8 oz pkg. of diced ham (make sure it’s the precooked kind)
- 1 22.6 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded swiss cheese
- 20-22 Ritz crackers (I usually use what I call a “sleeve” of crackers in the package – one of the “mini-packages” within the package), crushed
Preheat oven to 400* F. Grease a large casserole dish or a 9×13″ pan.
Combine all ingredients except the crackers in a large bowl and mix until combined. Transfer to casserole dish, top with crushed crackers and bake for about 25 minutes. Should be heated through with crackers slightly browned. Serve warm.
