Beetroot Wellness Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. almond milk (you can also use cashew or probably any milk you’d like)
  • 2 tsp. beetroot powder (I used this one.)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk in saucepan over medium heat just until hot. Do not boil.

Add beetroot powder, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until somewhat combined.

Pour mixture in high-powered blender (this is the one we have) and blend until well-combined.
