If you’ve ever been to a family reunion in the Midwest, you’ve had this salad (or something similar).
Ingredients:
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
- 1 3 oz. pkg. peach Jello
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 c. water
- 1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
- 1 large can of sliced peaches, drained
Mix vanilla pudding, tapioca pudding, peach Jello, and unflavored gelatin in a saucepan. Add the water and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stirring constantly, boil for one minute. Mixture should be thickened. Allow to cool completely. Then, transfer to a large serving bowl. Mix in the Cool Whip, followed by the peaches. Refrigerate for three hours to allow to set. Serve cold.
