Ingredients:
- 16 oz. rotini
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. can sliced black olives
- 2 oz. sliced pepperoni, cut in half
Prepare rotini according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
In a canning jar (or any other jar with a screw top lid), add vegetable oil, lemon juice, sugar, basil, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Cover and shake well.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, and pepperoni. Then add vegetable oil dressing. Toss to coat.
Chill for at least four hours.
Serve cold.
